1. Shipping Destinations
We are proud to offer worldwide shipping. No matter where you are located, GardaPack® will deliver to your doorstep.
2. Shipping Rates (Contiguous U.S.)
For our customers within the contiguous United States, we offer the following flat-rate shipping options:
- FREE Standard Shipping: Available on all orders of $100 or more.
- Standard Shipping ($10): A flat rate of $10 applies to all orders under $100.
Note: Free shipping promotions apply only to the contiguous United States. Shipping rates for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and international destinations will be calculated at checkout.
3. Delivery Estimates
We know you’re excited to receive your GardaPack® gear.
- Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 1 – 7 business days after processing.
- Processing Time: Most orders are processed and ready for shipment within 1–2 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and external factors such as weather or carrier delays.
4. Order Tracking
Every single shipment from GardaPack® comes with a tracking number.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link. You can use this link to monitor your package’s journey in real-time.
5. International Shipping
While we ship to all countries, please be aware of the following for international orders:
- Duties and Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost paid at checkout.
- Customs Delays: While we aim for a quick turnaround, international standard shipments may occasionally take 5 to 15 business days or longer depending on the selected shipping options, destination country, and local customs processing.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. GardaPack® is not responsible for shipments delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact our support team immediately.
