- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or damaged vacuum seal machines due to user mishandling.
- Custom orders or personalized items.
- Consumables like vacuum sealer bags, unless defective or damaged upon receipt.
How to Initiate a Return

- Provide your order number, details of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- We will provide a return authorization number (RMA) and instructions for shipping the product back to us.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
- Use a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your product. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Refunds
